Accidents CLAY TOWNSHIP Tammie Kontak, 31, Woodville, was treated at St. Charles Hospital, Oregon, and released for injuries suffered when her car struck another car which pulled into her path on Ohio 51 Thursday afternoon, according to sheriff's deputies. Kontak was driving east when Kathleen Wilbur, 29, Genoa, drove her car into the intersection from Martin-WLUiston Road, deputies report. Both cars were moderately damaged.

Wilbur reported no injuries. Wilbur was cited for failure to yield the right of way. ERIE TOWNSHIP Jimmie Boyd, 62, Carleton, was treated at H.B. Magruder Hospital and released after the car he was driving struck the rear of a pickup truck on Ohio 2 about noon Wednesday, according to Ottawa County sheriff deputies. Boyd was traveling westbound near when he struck the pickup which was waiting to make a turn onto Camp Perry West Road, deputies said.

The driver of the pickup, Timothy Murphy, 32, of Toledo, reported no injuries. Boyd's car suffered heavy damage. The pickup was moderately damaged. A deputy took Boyd to the hospital. Boyd was cited for failing to maintain an assured clear Rubie D.

Patton-Dute Aug. 30, 1918-May 10, 1990 OAK HARBOR Rubie D. Patton-Dute, 71, 13220 Ceylon Road, Berlin Heights, died Wednesday in Firelands Community Hospital, Sandusky. She was born in Benham, to Cloyd J. and Flora G.

Jenkins Denney. She was a homemaker most of her life. She married Roy H. Patton in September 1939 in Hopedale, Ohio, and he died April 1977. She married Warren A.

Dute in September 1979 in Oak Harbor and he died in July 1983. She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star 360 in Unioncourt, Ohio. Survivors include a son, Roger K. Patton of Murfreesboro, daughters, Barbara Hoffman of Baltimore, Charlotte Bridges of Portland, Kay Dill of Oak Harbor; stepsons, Robert A. Dute of Las Vegas, Larry Dute of Huron; step-daughter, Jane Climp of Denver, brother, Cloyd J.

Denney of St. Genevieve, 18 grandchildren; two great grandchildren. Visitation will be Sunday from 2-9 p.m. at Robinson-Henn-Bros-sia Funeral Home. Services will be Monday at 11 a.m.

at the funeral home. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery in Hope-dale, Ohio. Memorials may be made to the Scleroderma International Foun dation, 704 Gardner Center Road, New Castle, Pa. 16101, or donor's choice. The family requests memorial donations instead of flowers.

Jane Neuberger July 12, 1915-May 9, 1990 LAKESIDE Jane L. Neuberger, Riverview Nursing Home and formerly of 315 N. Sackett Road, Lakeside, died Wednesday at H.B. Magruder Hospital. She was born in Cleveland, a daughter of Jesse and Ivy Anderson Martin.

She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Marble-head, and its Altar and Rosary Society. She had been a housewife. Mrs. Neuberger was preceded in death by her husband, Charles in 1981.

Her only survivor is a cousin in Cleveland. Visitation will be after 7 p.m. Friday at Gerner and Wolf Funeral Home. A Rosary service will be held at 8:30 p.m. Friday.

Funeral service for will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, with burial in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery. Thomas Watson OAK HARBOR Thomas Watson of Oak Harbor died Thursday.

Arrangements are pending at Robinson-Henn-Bros-sia Funeral Home. Police PORT CLINTON Ray Mowel, 126 E. Second reported a golf bag containing golf clubs and balls was taken from his truck while the vehicle was parked in the 200 block of Madison Street between 11 p.m. Tuesday and 2:30 a.m. Wednesday.

The loss was set at $1,230. PORT CLINTON Ken Ellithorpe, 316 Laurel reported to city police that his daughter's $160 26-inch Huffy bicycle was stolen from his residence. PORT CLINTON Jean Tucker, 141 Cedar reported that a moped, two gas cans, two power sanders, Toro lawn mower and a weed weasel were missing from a tool shed at 1010 E. Third city police reports said. The loss was set at $700.

GENOA Christopher L. Simpson, 31, 105 Main Genoa, was arrested by village police and charged with domestic violence Thursday, Ottawa County Detention Facility records show. He remains in the county jail, with no bond set, pending his municipal court hearing. Municipal Court Fire MARBLEHEAD Firefighters had a tough time putting out a fire that crept between an inside wall and the fireplace bricks of a Marblehead home about 12:30 this morning, Lakeside Fire Chief Lowell Joy said. "It was difficult to get to," Joy said.

But as far as the wind adding to the problem, Joy said, "We had a lot of wind but they kept it under control." Heavy winds pounded the county most of yesterday. The Ottawa County Sheriff's Office dispatched the Marble-head-Lakeside firefighters to the home at 8137 E. Lake a dispatcher said. Joy said he did not write the report so he did not know who owns the home. He added the damage was confined to the wall and that the loss would be approximately $10,000.
