AP) An Ohio man accused of hijacking an Eastern Airlines jet to Cuba in 1969 has been allowed to plead guilty to lesser charges in federal court, officials reported. Asst.

U.S. Atty. Claude Tison said air piracy charges would be dropped against Everett L. White, 130, of Cadiz, Ohio. White was arrested by federal agents in April after he returned to the U.S.

from six years in Cuba. Tison said White pleaded guilty to "interfering with the duties of a flight "attendant through coercion, intimidation or assault," and that he faces a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison on the charge. Tison said two other men, Noble Byron Mason and Larry Franklin Brooks, were wanted in connection with the incident but were believed to be still in Cuba. 93-234) it will fund a detailed study of the flood hazard areas in each of the following four (4) communities of Ottawa County: All unincorporated areas of Ottawa County, and the City of Port Clinton, Village of Put In-Bay, Catawba Island Township. These studies will be performed for the Federal Insurance Administration by Dalton, Dalton, Little, Newport, Inc. The purpose of these studies is to examine and evaluate the flood hazard areas in each community which are developed or which are likely to be developed and to determine flood elevations for these areas. Flood elevations will be used by the community to carry out the flood plain management objectives of the National Flood Insurance Program. They will also be used as the basis for determining the appropriate flood insurance premium rates applicable for new buildings and their contents, as well as determining the rates to be used for the second layer of insurance on existing buildings and contents.
